Most of that projected debt was courtesy of the outgoing Howarrd Govt - one which ignored the impact of committing Australia to fight illegal wars, embedded gross taxpayer over-funding for 'elitist 'private schools' in the Budget, superannuation for Australia's wealthiest $Millionaires in the Budget, which failed to address core infrastructure needs essential to our future including the NBN and which even delivered clapped out fighter planes, submarines, choppers and surface ships to the Rudd Govt.
