Just don't get the vibe of a receptive environment to Urans exploration overtures - from officials or locals.
What is clear is that exploration will meet with significant opposition and my hat off to Kate for her perserverance with the locals.
Rozna is harder to guage - certainly the encumbent officials would rather do it themselves. Still query where the capital comes from though as EU rules do not allow government funding for uranium mining. So maybe a window.
