This is going to be a ferociously expensive exercise and Lockheed are looking for people who are willing to stoke their furnaces with $100 bills.
Regardless, we all have our fingers crossed that there is some substance underlying the snappy press release. I'm not sure Lockheed would risk ruining their reputation, unless it's more than a wild goose chase.
