Kerogen is unlikely to take over AJL as a whole, or take over the Cuadrilla shares of AJL. Cuadrilla is pushing for permits and the so called 'social license'. It will not help if a Hong Kong investor (with the suggestion of Chinese capital - perception is reality....) is seen to own the UK key shale deposit.
So AJL is the entity that will see the Cuadrilla/shale interest develop into full value.
