i agree with your sentiment bin bin,
however im still in pen as i believe they will be one of the very very few that will get of the ground, and when this turns around they will be there in the hot seat,
as you said china and Russia are pushing on with gen 3, big sign for the future,
good time to buy any u stock in particular PEN at these levels.
