The annoucement you posted relates to Fukushima 'Dai ni'.
The plant that's having problems is Fukushima 'Dai ichi'.
Dai ichi is the one with reports of high levels of radiation and is at risk of meltdown.
Ichi in Japanese means '1' and Ni means '2'
