That was in Japan. Not sure what the shutdown periods if any other countries have. I'm sure the length of time a reactor is shutdown will also be determined by a large number of factors like how far they were from the earthquake, what models they are, whether they actually find any faults etc.
If i'm not mistaken, some reactors were shutdown in France as well after some problems were detected but I can't recall how long they were shutdown for.
