What wegian you think everyone will just rip up their Nuclear plants and construct windmills? Even in the worst case scenario Fukushima will not be the same as Chernobyl.
Time will pass. Damage reports will be done. Steel, materials, construction and infrastructure companies will profit. The market will recover and those who were greedy when others were fearful will reap the largest rewards.
I do not own any PEN.....but im warming up.
