Ok so if this industry is finished we better send a letter to the already existing 441 nuclear power plants and tell them stop wasting your time the industry is dead. Then after that we should send an email to the 58 power plants that are under construction and tell them stop before you spend any more money the industry dead. Then after that we can call the 148 companies and countries and tell them stop planning your nuclear reactors the industry is finished.
