That Gencost report is garbage though, they assume nuclear plants only useable for 30 years so they don't have to consider the cost of replacing all those wind and solar generators - just one of many flaws. There's no point doing an analysis when you have already decided what the outcome is and then tweak the assumptions to get your desired outcome
