Sorry to inform you your chart is about as useless as frog's poo !
Untill you supply, who built the chart and who funded the building of this chart.
Then include Hydro generated power also within the list.
Then add the real hidden factors like, the damage to the local area around the coal fired power station, and or if acid rain is also produced.
Then the cost of the damage cause by the acid rain.
Then the costs of mining.
Then the cost to human life while mining the fuel to power the generator.
Then the cost of extracting the fuel.
Then what type of #92 fueled power station, a pebble bed or a thorium type or ?
Then........arr, untill you expose all the factors, your chart would appear like a Coal funded product.
