    If you went to the AGM or read the posts on this topic you would have been able to probe the answer to that exact question.

    The U price did not justify mining when the deadline arrived and substantial commencement on this type of super shallow surface resource without proceeding to process it would simply oxidise the ore and negatively impact the viability of actually recovering it.

    We are going to see a pilot this year which will test at scale the de-slime process which is a massive boost to the project economics if lab tests are proven at scale - if patents are involved then Toro can licence the plant design for other similar resources in Namibia.

    The U price long term is heading in a positive direction and we know one day governments will change - either change the attitude in Labors case and diversify with minerals aimed at customers in countries other than China - nuclear industry in EU, India and US. Or a change of Government to a conservative pro-mining Government.

    With WA Labor aiming to have nuclear sub base here that will make the anti-Uranium folks heads explode (mushroom cloud)
