shares mag article & where its headed

You guys may have talked about this article before but technically it has passed through the head and shoulders and broken through one of the main lines of resistance.So surely with all the news re Kanaintu and the Chinese wanting Ramu theres only one way its headed.My question?Is anyone prepared to put a value on this stock if the Chinese do take Ramu.They appear to be way undercapitalised if this does happen.
