Like I said, the Sprott Physical Uranium may not be saleable in the US? it will depend on where it is sourced, the US will be keeping a very close on on where the Uranium originally came from, even if the supply was from a allied country but sourced from a Russian source originally then they are talking about stopping such sales to the US.
The US has stated that if a US nuclear company wants to buy uranium from the spot market, then it will be checked first to see who were the original suppliers. They also stated that at least 20% to 25% must be local content.
State Owned Enterprises were dumping Uranium at below cost for a political reason, if that reason disappeared then would these SOE's be as keen to sell below costs to the ROW?
