Given that no nuclear power station in the world has ever been built either on time or on budget,SMRS will not be available until near the end of this decade at an undetermined cost, he is perfectly correct to conclude that they are too expensive. Given the number of both State and Federal inquiries into nuclear power for Australia have all concluded it's too expensive. Apart from the cost no electorate in Sustralia would be prepared to agree to have one.
