These agencies are polluted with green money. Its a huge industry now and if you speak out against the green narrative don't expect to be a professor for much longer.
with most of these cost comparisons they use worst case for nuclear (shorter plant life and cost) and best case for renewables (long life).
This is an easy way to fudge the numbers.
The cost if new build nuclear has very high regulatory cost and this unlike lithium prices could easily be reduced with the repetition of smr's
