Just to add to that, if the term sheet is signed then the SP will be substantially more than what it is now, that being the case then a small cash raise could be on the cards but obviously with less shares sold for a larger sum, so I wouldn't be too worried about the dilution side if they do do a cash raise, but it may not even be necessary perhaps? there are many ways to skin a rabbit.
