It is the start, still has to pass in the US Senate yet, but it will in my opinion, I see it still allows some imports of LEU at the discretion of the energy secretary if no other sources are available, but this would have to help any decision ob building the PLEF IMHO.
So perhaps this would allow the import of LEU until it is built,wthe a gaurantee that the imports would stop once Paducah is built.
