Sorry Zog, i now see you picked up on the same thing, with the uranium tails being possibly classed as reprocessed.
I really don't see it as any problem though. At the agm last November, MG was already saying words to the effect that it was then looking likely that Gle would start on leu first.
I took it as further evidence last investor update, when Gle showed plans for two big plots on their Paducah plan for Leu.
Prices for product, whether it be natural grade uf6, leu, leu+, or haleu have changed so much over the last 18 months that Gle may be in the unique position to be able to choose what they kick off with, not necessarily what was the best option 4 years ago.
From Gle's prospective, perhaps nothing matters untill they are sure the pilot plant performs, maybe sometime in 2024.
From the Doe's prospective, perhaps in the imediate term, the biggest delay in providing Haleu is that licence applications will only come after that and other comercial surety. They are in a unique position to be able to provide incentive to bring those applications forward.
