I can see why Cameco would be highly interested in this Atlantic Declaration?
It is because Westinghouse make the majority of the nuclear fuel in the UK even up to 100% enrichment, so there would have to be some sort agreement that it will only ever be able to enrich up to around 20%.
But here is the thing, Westinghouse must have heaps of depleted tails in the UK which would be legacy waste from it's enrichment processes, so I can see another Paducah type deal could be in the making here, which would take pressure off the mined Uranium that is imported to the UK and it would also be in UF6 form as well also taking pressure off any conversion required, and Australia could also benefit here with it's nuclear submarines fuel in the AUKUS deal which takes pressure off the US for the supply of it.
