The fact that you think they are off topic is the problem. I won't say anything more about it here. I've said enough. But to think that they are unrelated is to know nothing about nuclear power. You can have nuclear power without nuclear weapons and you can have nuclear weapons without nuclear power. But you cannot think that they are unrelated when nuclear fuel cycle technologies are needed to build them and that the ENTIRE point of the Silex agreement between the United States and Australia was to prevent their spread.
