I noticed that estimated start date as well Zog. He was saying words to the effect that everything would need to go perfectly to start sooner. He also mentioned the risk, and oddly they mostly seemed to be comercial. I wonder if the message to government is that without support we plan to join the party in the 2030's, any sooner depends on you reducing those risks.
