Sorry to post something a bit bearish, but here is something about the staffing crisis reaching the nuclear industry. As someone who has spent the past few years trying to hire in a place suffering from a truly crippling staffing shortage, I know that something like this could easily set us back a year or two. On the flipside, if we managed to get the right people in place on schedule, then that would be a hugely bullish development in the current environment.
