Shumsta - thanks for some bearish comment - i think we need a bit more of it for balance - i really don't like being in an echo chamber. On the positive side this appears to be just safety specialist who could impact the NRC approvals but I doubt if they will impact the test loop TRL/6 demo which i feel is critical to the success of GLE. I regard to the NRC approvals I feel that we have an edge in that under GEH ownership GLE has already achieved that approval (for Wilmington in 2012) - the major outstanding issue will be the EPA approvals and the new rules which have been introduced for enrichment since 2012 (thankfully not many) - a lot for reactors. It would appear that the aircraft impact rules (and Fukushima changes) for reactors do not apply to enrichment facilities. i guess the greenies and such fellow travelers will think up something to object to the PLEF
