Thanks for the test of s.3132 and as you say the military funding under this provision may be confined to Centrus. There may be an angle where GLE could get something out of X.3132 in that it refers to "enriched" uranium - it could be that GLE (commercial test being OK) supply NUF6 produced from tails since this is NOT "enriched" but is of US origin since it is derived from tails used (up to 2013) to provide HEU (and LEU) from the old USEC gaseous diffusion plant. - in that context re-enriched NUF6 could still qualify.
