    Personally, I think that it's the Amendment s.999 that would be used as a rotating fund to pay for offtake agreements for Leu that has the potential to most benefit Silex and I'm hanging on to what was mentioned at the last agm, when it was indicated that Gle may now more likely start on Leu production. Although perhaps there is some chance of licencing help coming from the passed Haleu bill, as the Doe must realise that licencing is a potential bottle neck in getting production happening, prompting them to move sooner.
    S. amndt 999 is tied in the defence bill and seemed to differ from its original form in that funding can now be poached from the provisions for new reactor technology funding in the passed chips bill.
    All just a rough guess because I'm too lazy to more than skim these bills again. I pity the poor soul that had to write these thousand odd pages for a living.
