My apologies, I thought you were referring to William Pike's post about NPP weaponisation. Thanks for posting that article. I found it difficult, but I think what he was getting at was that the report failed to account for prior investment in poles, wires and other stabilising equipment. I would like to hear what the authors response is to these allegations, because my understanding was that this had been included. Regarding Aidan Morrison I presume his position is biased. If I were to link to an article by Giles Parkinson from Renew Economy, or the Guardian, you'd probably be the first to dismiss it, that's why I'm careful to provide middle of the road links.
