If the demonstration is succesfull that should trigger the sale of 25% of Gle at "market value" ( if it doesnt happen before this point). That money would go to Silex and may be substantial, given the current price for products.
That demonstration would be regarded as attaining a technical readiness level 6. The next step is to build a full plant, but Trl6 is regarded as enough proof that that plant will work, so that finance could be sought for it without a capital raising. In particular, there is US government loan gareentee scheme that is tailored for such developments in the nuclear space.
There are other potential sources of revenues that could find its way to Gle contained in Doe funding schemes that are at various stages of congress.
Of course on the other hand if this pilot demonstration hits big snags that take too long to sort out then these revenues don't appear. Silex is currently a high risk share, if it wasn't it would be trading at a much higher price.
