My thinking is that Cameco will free carry SLX through to commercial production in exchange for the shares rather than pay cash out. There may need to be some adjustment subject to valuation but you would think that it would be in both parties best interest do do this as it eases the cash flow on Cameco through and unless SLX have somthing elses pressing that they need cash for then they too would benefit.
