Perhaps, but if so Silex would carry a discount on their sp due to not showing earnings ,possibly from 2024, and would have to fund the silicon and the medical isotope projects themselves.
Cameco has pretty deep pockets, I'm not sure I'd want Silex to be too charitable in the deal.
