A capital payment for shares would not be classed as earnings, so should have no affect on Share price. If anthing it could be considered as a win win. SLX will not be charitable. I am sure the price will be at market value as has already been notified. It is quite liklely that if this scenario played out we would receive both shares and a cash top up. It would be to our advantage to get an enrichment plant operating as quickly as possible because then we will have earnings to reoprt from royalties. It is only conjecture and a possible suggestion on my part.
