i wouldnt value GLE as high as you did. My estimate is maybe 2 - 2.5 billion next year. So I think Silex will receive around $500m for the 25% they will sell to Cameco.
i believe you may be right or conservative with your estimate once a PLEF is built but there wont be much change from $1.5bn in building that and maybe sone more depending.
The money Silex receives should cover their 1/4 of the PLEF which works out well doesnt it. Almost like they planned it that way
