I doubt Silex listens to me by adopting my ideas, but I am glad they don't listen to you either,
other wise we would be going at snail's pace which doesn't seem to be the case, people must realize that qualifications gained around 50 years ago and not ever having worked in that field is next to useless, but with some these things you called rabbit holes, they were relying on another company they owned called Translucent, they had a technology which never came forward, in fact some of the associated technology walked out the door.it was just taking too long, they were smart enough to realize that what they expected to come wasn't working and mthe company was sold to IQE.
Chronologic was before it's time, and with the coming advances, with propagation speed due to Quantum Computing, it will become a valuable tool and a must have.

Any Company the isn't prepared to innovate especially using equipment and technology they already would be mad to just sit back and hope that their one technology works, the company has already done this and with great success with ZSS, but I am willing to bet that there are many other applications and platforms where Silex can look at, for not a large amount of money.
