300 million pound is not going to go very far building a centrifuge HALEU facility in the UK.
BUT..... it would go a long way to building a laser HALEU enrichment plant.
I would think that the chances of getting US and AU Government approval to deploy Silex in the UK would be quite high given the very close cooperation and AUKUS, should the POMS ask the question. We are now only a heart beat away from a major price sensitive announcement ( which will probably be preceded with a Trading Halt) that we are at TRL 6.
Pure speculation on my part but quite within the reamls of possibility.
