    I'm 0f exactly the same opinion, they act in strange ways sometimes, like when they actually (USEC) dumped SILEX and went for ACP tech and then were made to physically bury 19Bn dollars worth of it, only to adopt it again as their main tech?

    I guess the requirement for Un-obligated Uranium played its part there?
