What you posted was about the sale of UNF, has to be because that is the only way you get Plutonium, GEH are using a method of-reusing UNF and it makes such theft impossible because it is highly radioactive on the Plutonium side which all gets burnt as fuel.
Silex is in line for royalties much sooner than any thing that may come from Paducah, GLE are not involved in my opinion, it may be the reason why GEH was sold so cheaply to Cameco and Silex by GEH in the first place, you can use Wilmington to prove your technology to commercial standard. you then walk away and leave GEH with a workable enrichment plant for GEH to use in recycling UNF a turnkey plant if you like and we will take some if not all of your (GLE trained personel) and we will allow Silex to rent space for the enrichment of YB-176 which is a bi product of UNF.
GLE may receive money for Uranium 235 enrichment to LEU= level up until they hand over the plant, to GEH, but Silex will still continue to receive royalties for a period that doesn't have any sunset clauses.
Silex aren't giving the enrichment of YB-176 away they are only building it in Wilmington because that is where the feedstock is, and Silex will own the tech NOT GLE , it isn't part of then Uranium 235 enrichment, never was.
This is how I see things, and yes we do disagree, same goes for Zog.
