Moosey - I think you have scored a "duck" with your "predictions" (e,g "rabbits") so far

    One's I can recall are:

    1. Operation of the PLEF by 2020 (to Scienceboy & cjleibs (in 2016 - 17)
    2. Clandestine reprocessing at Morris, Il and Wilmington in 2018 (zog)
    3. Transmutation (September 2020)
    4. Use of Zero spin silicon in normal semiconductors (Nov 2019)
    5. Separation of rare earths (2019)

Maybe (just by chance) if get enough "rabbits" running you could get one right; but Ido have to confess you have a very vivid imagination but your success to date would suggest that you stick to mending Engel fridges

I'm not putting my money on your "rabbits" though!! but it's amusing

Also hope that weapons grade plutonium stays out to the hands of terrorists (and Iran) although I understand that the recent Yacuza issues was from a clandestine reactor in Myanmar (see HERE). It says

"According to an August 2009 report published in the Sydney Morning Herald, Burma had been working to develop a nuclear weapon by 2014. The reported effort, purportedly being undertaken with assistance from North Korea, involves the construction of a nuclear reactor and plutonium extraction facilities in caves tunneled into a mountain at Naung Laing, a village in the Mandalay division.[6] The information cited in the newspaper story reportedly originated from two high-ranking defectors who had settled in Australia"

Have to agree with El Duce that any escape of weapons material to terrorist that ended up in a weapon would cause our uranium/nuclear shares to tank
