    "Morris,why would GEH need to store UNF there" - yes GEH have a high level UNF waste disposal facility at Morris (see HERE) - that does NOT imply that they RE PROCESS UNF. In1974 efforts to operate a reprocessing facility were suspended and the site applied for aspent fuel storage license - no fuel wasever reprocessed at the site.

    "PRISM is able to fission electrometallurgically recycled used nuclear fuel (UNF)from light water reactors as well as weapons-grade materials. PRISM" - when have I disputed this?
