From the PDN thread it appear that the US house of Reps has now passed the bill authorizing reduces NRC fees. It now appears that the Senate and the House need to agree on what to do with another bill that passed the Senate and is bofore the house and this bill which has passed the House but still nerds to pass the Senate - what a mess you would have thought they could get together and form a consensus on what to legislate.
