I've no idea of which appropriation bill this $2.7 billion for uranium enrichment is coming from any more. Energy appropriations put out last Sunday? Ukrane funding bill? I give up trying to understand. All I know is it is probably very relevent to Silex and it is getting air play again in tonight's media.
Someone with a better grasp on us politics might be able to explain why this funding seems to reported as being present in more than funding proposal.
I think it is very close, as it is a bipartisan issue, but I ( and others) have been thinking so for a while now.
