Moosey - Holtec appear to be having a lot of trouble to even storing UNF (let alone processing it) - good idea but can't see it happening for some time even though France and Russia already do it. It appears that the latest excuse is that it will pollute oil wells but I guess that's a variation from "singing whales" and "the abode of the crocodile man" as Woodside and Santos have here in Australia for their gas projects.
