Maybe it is because, it is starting to sink in, that spot Uranium won't be where the supply of Uranium will come from, this is why Cameco only took a small amount of spot Uranium than they normally do, over time Tails material plus Used Nuclear Fuel is where the US will get it's Uranium235 from. Necessity is the mother of all invention!
