Kathryn Huff was at the EU conference in Brussels pitching the US as part of the solution for europe in solving their financial, technology and fuel supply challenges.
In my opion the US could only replace Russian fuel supply for themselves and world markets by reprocessing of waste. It also sounds like Kentucky's parliament is clearing the way for their state to be a source of that supply for the US and world markets and given they are pushing for GLE for their state I suspect they have a pretty good idea that our technology will deliver at commercial scale.
