@moosey GLE holds a licence to commercialise SILEX on a worldwide basis so it would be GLE that will build and operate a plant in Canada or elsewhere. If that generates high paying jobs at GLE's international head quarters and manufacturing hub in Wilmington and profits for GLE that are subject to US taxes gloably why wouldn't the Yanks want GLE to build and operate plants in places like Canada? As long as the classified IP is kept secure and non-proliferation risks are managed that should happen at some stage.
