The CEO for the "üpstart" used to work for GLE and is subject to confidentiality requirements under US law to maintain the secrecy of the LIS process in so far as it concerns the Silex process - he will have to be careful to stay within the bounds of the Eerkins patent of 2015 which was judged by the US as not warranting secrecy for confidential patents as required for Silex. Christo Liebenberg (CEO of LIST) has about 10 patents where he is named mostly confidential since they were awarded during his employment with GLE up until 2013
