Thats big news Jakey. All the legislative ducks have lined up i think. It means that the $2.7? Billion is now freed up to kickstart the Us enrichment industry. Also, Cameco some time ago indicated in other words that it required asurance that cheap product would not be dumped on the American market as a must have before it entered the enrichment market. But most importantly it means that I can quit obsessing over the confusing US congress and their nuclear legislation. I'll be surprised if we don't hear from the Doe soon on matters affecting Silex.
