The russian ban did get a fair bit of attention on the Cameco conference call last night (Gle was mentioned maybe three times but no discussion on it) and yes, he did say that he was in washington to have discussions about it.
Funnily enough it still seemed at that time that it would come via executive order from Biden, but the senate passed hr 1042, which as I understand makes the ban more robust.
