Do you think that given that a lot of results (maybe good or not so good) may be coming out of Gle's test loop program well inside the next 7 months, that the Doe will now look for signals from that programe before allocating those funds? Or will it be all about reducing time to production bottle necks? Such as funding licencing now, so Gle might get that application in early and not wait untill the test loop programe is complete?
