Yes you are correct.

At the last AGM in discussion with Chris Wiles and Craig Roy they said that the new building at Wilmington was for HQ and the Manufacturing of essential processing equipment to be shipped and installed at Pudacah and that the pilot plant would continue as a research facility to fine tune and further develop the processing systems to be deployed at Pudacah.
