I think you mean Chris Wilks? as far as the building at Wilmington there are TWO not one and one is not on site and requires it's own secure network which tells me GLE will be leaving the Castle Hayne site for GEH.
The other site is for manufacturing at GEH site and will be a new building, not sure here? it could be for making nuclear medicines or perhaps capturing critical mi9nerals like in REE?
But seeing as it at a new site at GEH it seems to indicate that GLE themselves will be leaving the enrichment site but that doesn't mean Silex are?
